Troubleshooting the Claude connector

Adding FinZot from its listing in Claude’s connector directory takes a couple of minutes. If it doesn’t go through, start here.

The connector will not authorize, or FinZot asks you to sign in again

Claude and FinZot have to be open in the same browser. Claude hands you off to FinZot to authorize the connector, and if you signed in to FinZot in a different browser that handoff lands on a signed-out FinZot. Sign in to FinZot in whichever browser you use for claude.ai. Then, rather than adding the connector again, open Claude’s connectors, click FinZot, then Connect: a second FinZot connector would cut off the first.

FinZot says the request expired

Claude’s request to connect lasts a few minutes. If signing up took longer, FinZot shows Request expired. Open Claude’s connectors, click FinZot, then Connect. If FinZot isn’t there, add it again from its listing.
